Data deletion and access removal

Disconnect a social account
A brand administrator can open Connections, choose the account and press Disconnect. This removes Sunfield’s local authorization tokens, account identity and social activity cache for that channel. Revoke Sunfield in the platform’s connected-app settings as well. For Google, use Google account permissions.
Request deletion
Email the contact above with the subject “Sunfield data deletion,” the brand/workspace name and your username or platform account name. Do not include passwords, API keys or identity documents. Sunfield will verify your authority, confirm the requested scope and process the request manually. The request can cover your account, integration data, team messages, content, uploaded media and associated recovery copies.
Understand the scope
Disconnecting an integration does not delete user-created drafts, uploaded originals or posts already published to social platforms. Those require a separate deletion request or the platform’s own controls. Shared brand records may belong to multiple authorized users; we confirm ownership and scope before removing them. A deletion request includes review of recovery snapshots and provider-held copies. We will explain any record that must be retained for security or applicable obligations when responding.
Ordinary media trash remains recoverable for 30 days; this is different from a verified request for permanent deletion. There is no public automated account-purge form.
